Document stuck in the quque and the cancel feature won't help. It tells me it's cancelling but after 3 hrs it's still the same place. There are 15 pages in the doc.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: HP OFFICE JET . I-2 YRS OLD - SERIAL NO CN57F2J1DJ, CAN'T LOCATE MODEL NO. RIGHT NOW
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Dell laptop - windows 10. One yr old pc
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I had hit print in error. Half the doc printed and I asked to cancel remainder. It kept telling me to print the other half - 15 more pages.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
