I have a epson XP830 and my hard drive died last week. The serial # is W57Y071369 and the product #is C11CE78201. I purchased the printed on 2/19/16. I received a message from HP that I need to use my disk to complete the installation because they can not support any updates. I have looked high and low and cannot find the the disk. The message was that HP could not do updates until I use the disk. What should I do? Do I need a new disk or just continues with out.

windows 10 and I received the message from hp that I need to use the disk to continue to get up dates
