Customer Question

My printer has stopped printing because I did not replace an ink cartridge. Also, as I was reviewing the online instruction manual and it appears there is no battery installed (back of printer). I have been using this printer for 2 - 3 years. I don't have any background in this sort of thing. Is there something you can recommend?Printer: HP Officejet H470Thanks

It is very secure, fast and transparent.

All I get whatever I do is the printer is "not connected."This whole thing began with the printer turning off automatically when the ink cartridge apparently ran out. Thanks for your assistance. This is above my skill set.
