I have a Canon Pro 100 series 2 and a MacBook Pro computer.

Customer Question

I have a Canon Pro 100 series 2 and a MacBook Pro computer. When I try to print a photo using Photos, I get the message "Stopped - Filter Failed". I have not had this problem before.
Can you please help me.

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Hi Richard,I unplugged the printer for 10 minutes and then tried to print again. Got the same message. One page was printed out but it was blank. I checked the cartridges and they are all lit up.Bill
