What happens when you install the printer's CD disk? Is there any error or message?Please reply at the box below. Thank you,
Did you scan using the HP program or scan program on the computer, or using the Scan button on the printer?
Is the printer connected to the computer with a (USB) cable? Or is the connection wireless?
Did the printer come with any CD disk?
Were you able to install the printer's CD disk (or download) successfully? Or was there any error or message?
Do you see the program HP ENVY... (or HP Solution Center or HP Scan) on your computer? If yes, can you open that HP program and see if you can scan with it?
