I have Epson Workforce 610. printing in blk. is mayby yes maybe no on almost all works..Ink cartrages have been replaced.. I have gone through the cleaning process several times and still printing is unreadable..on most all letters or numbers.. what is my next step?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: purchased 5-24-2010
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: pc firefox
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I do not use the printer often, maybe a dozen times per month at the most.. In the past going through the cleaning process has solved the problem..

Since you have done the cleaning process several times, the issue now is that the print head will need to be repalced.

A new print head will cost around $50 unless the printer is under warranty.
