Since you have already tried all of the troubleshooting options available, the printer would need to be serviced/repaired. The bad news is that the cost of repair on the printer would exceed the cost of buying a brand new printer that comes with a 1 year warranty. It is always up to the customer to decide if repairing or replacing makes more financial sense but I would recommend that you purchase a new printer instead of trying to fix this one.
