I just purchased a MaXify 2320 printer this afternoon and I can't find the instructions to connect it to my computer and my wifi.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It is a Canon Maxify MB2320, purchased at Staples this afternoon.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: I am running Windows 10 from and Asus ROG laptop
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I am just trying to connect it to my wifi network. I followed the set up guide page that came out of the box, put the disc in the laptop and when I open the DVD player on this laptop I get a list of 4 items and when I click on one that has set up in brackets I get a notebook page with a couple computer code lines and that is it.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I am technochallenged so I need simple, step by step instructions.
