Hi I am Bonnie I had my canon printer service a few months aga but now my printer is not responding my printer is MX420
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: It is a couple years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: I have the Dell inspiron 15 windows 7 I had made a parcial payment on the service the last time I talk to Navene but I couldn,t afford to pay on it can that be why its' not responding?
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: just nhappen last time I was using it just pick up some new ink for it
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: that's about all I can think of just saying it is offline

Is your printer connected directly to your computer with a USB cable? This would be the cable with the small square shaped metal (shiny) plug ends.
