Morning, I purchased a HP Spectra July 2015, it stop ed charting in Aug 2016. I returned it to Best Buy, it was sent to Indianapolis for repair, they determined I needed a mother board. They were unable to locate the board, they sent it back unfixable. Do you carry boards? I love my laptop, I hate the thought of having to buy a new one. Can you repair my laptop?
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your HP is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: HP photosmart printer, not sure operating system, where can I find?
