How long have you had the printer for and how many pages would you estimate you've printed on it?
I don't know what you are saying no to. You may be seeing a phone or remote support offer which is an automated ad, and you may ignore it if not wanted.
This was also never just $5, that was the deposit to post your question with the balance charged after we started talking, you would have agreed to the total on the payment page.

The fee is clearly displayed on the payment page at multiple points. You aren't obligated to any trial or membership if you don't want one, and you may cancel from the help page. I sent it in for you as well.
