JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: I just have you the model 1 yr old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

ok, if you do not have some there, then we can try this instead for now to rule out other less common causes

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket). Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly. Let me know the results please

It is the internal mainboard that has faulted, this is the only cause left

A faulty component was used when it was manufactured. Even being new does not effect if it can fault or not, it is only if a faulty component has been used, which is the case for you sorry.
