How are you connecting this printer? Directly through USB , or are you using network or some other method to connect the printer?

Actually , this printer is not supported directly at all by Windows 10, but there is a way I may be able to make it work. It will involve several steps and would best be performed over remote connection. Would you like me to remote connect and fix this problem for you?
No I had it working before, I think I will just go back to a restore point and add updates again
OK. The problem with that method is that the printer will likely fail again when another Windows 10 update comes. The method I would try wouldn't involve rolling back the updates, so may be more permanent.
