I have a MG7720. I downloaded an app to a laptop. When I went to the printer it said the app had downloaded and did I want to install. I did and now it failed and is in a loop. Can't get out of it. Tried to reload the app and also unpluged the printer. no luck so far.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: I just bought it and installed it yesterday. Canon PIXMA MG 7720
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: as i said just happened. printer idle before i downloaded the app from canon.
