I don't know how to connect my new Artisan 1430 printer to my computer. I bought the printer from Amazon and paid for an installation fee without realizing that the installation was going to be by phone . The installation firm did not even call me and I got my money back from amazon but I am sorry to admit that because of my age I don't understand computers very well and I don't know how to proceed. Can you provide me with a technician who could help me?
