Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).
Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

ok, The software may be looking for a USB scanner. Go to the settings of MP Navigator, under the General tab, and confirm that the product name has "(wireless)" at the end.
ok, can you make a copy on the printer itself?
Can you remove the power to your wifi router, the printer and power off your computer
then wait 10 minutes
Power on the wifi router and wait 5 minutes
power on the printer, then you computer and try to scan

Can you click start, type in
devices and click on devices and printers
then right click on the printer and select remove.
Then restart the computer
Go back to devices and printers, click on Add printer, add the printer and tell me if it now functions correctly please.
