JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Workforce 845 4 or 5 years old
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: PC Windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Was gone for 2 months and tried to print,would not open
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

Can you tell me exactly what happens when you try to print? What error do you receive?

And are you connecting to the printer via a USB cable or wireless?

Click start, type in

devices

and click on devices and printers

Then right click on the printer and select remove

Once done, click on Add Printer, let it find it then click on it when it is found

Let it install and tell me if you can now print to it please.
