Hello! My name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you with your printer issue today.

I understand that your printer is having issues picking up the paper and feeding it through.

Give me just a moment to take a look at this model and see if there is something we can do to fix it together.

Usually this would indicate that there is a paper or obstruction somewhere in the printer.

1.) Remove ALL paper from the unit and unplug the printer.

2.) Open all compartments and ensure there are no visible pieces of paper or obstructions. You may have to get a flashlight to do this.

3.) If you are able, turn the printer upside down and shake it. This will dislodge anything you can't see.

4.) Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

5.) Try to print and see if you can feed paper through.

Let me know if this helped!

If it didn't, please reply and we will see what else we can do.
