Please open all of the lids on your printer and look for anymore paper jams. Even if you do not see anymore jams, please close the lids then power off the printer. Unplug the printer from the wall and wait 1 minute. Plug the printer back in and power it on. Wait 1 minute. Now, try printing again.

Do you receive any error messages?
Unplug the power cord from the printer.
Hold down the power button for 20 seconds without the power cord removed.
Plug the printer back in and power it on
Does the issue continue?
Did you connect the printer back to Wi-Fi again?
On the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon , and then touch Settings.
Touch Wireless Setup Wizard. The wizard searches for and displays a list of available networks.
Touch the name of your network, and then follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to the network
