Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Is this a new printer?

What is the model of your Internet modem/router device?

Do you see any WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup button) on your internet modem/router device?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?

Please reply at the box below. Thank you.

I'm sorry. There is no WPS button on the printer; that's why I asked you to check on the router.

Please let me know. Thank you,

The printer is asking you to press the WPS button on the access point. Is that correct? If yes, access point means router. Please let me know. Thank you,

When the printer ask to press the WPS button, then press the red Stop / Reset button on the printer, then select the option Standard setup, then select / connect to your wi-fi/wireless network name and continue.

Please let me know. Thank you,

I'm sorry. Is there any issue. I was trying to help you earlier in getting your printer to connect to your linksys router' wi-fi/wireless network name, but you were away. Did you see / try my suggestion? Are you stuck at any step? Is there any error or message? Do you still need help with this issue?

Please let me know; we guarantee our service, so don't worry. Thank you,
