I have a new internet provider and have went through the steps to change my unit over.I am not able to print and my computer states it is off line.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: WP 2540 around 4 years ols
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Mac/Apple
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Since I changed providers,its was worker fine prior to that.

what have you tried so far and how is the printer connected to the computer?

I have went through all the steps to set up the wifi and it stated it is working but not printing.i have the printer set up to send/receive fax also.
