It won't print.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Canon Imageclass, blk/white printer F166400. I've just had it a couple months.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Toshisba laptop.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: It has been a couple weeks since I printed anything, and had no problems at that time.

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?
