I'm sorry about the issue. When did this issue first occur?
Are you currently able to make a copy from the printer's glass (not printing from the computer)?
Is the printer wireless? Or is the printer connected to the computer with a USB cable?
Was there any change recently to your internet service / internet modem / router device that may have caused this issue?
What's the status of the wi-fi / wireless light / icon on the printer device?Please reply at the box below. Thank you,
Thank you. Please turn off the printer, then disconnect power cord from the printer for a couple of minutes, then reconnect, then turn on
, then put a document or photo faced down on the printer's glass, then press the Copy option / icon on printer, then let me know what happens. Is there any error or message.

1. Put a document or photo faced down on the printer's glass
2. Then press the Copy option / icon on printer
3. Then let me know what happens. Is there any error or message?
