Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

Please tell me what shows on the HP printer's panel, lights, screen (if any on your model.)

What is the model of your HP printer, please?

What computer does it print from, a Windows PC, or an Apple computer?

Let me know by Reply To Expert, and I will assist you according to the facts of the case. Thanks.

No error messages. OK, and you have an Apple computer.

Is the printer on a wireless connection? or connected directly to the Apple computer with a cable?

Try restarting your computer. Also, turn the printer off.

Then when you have restarted the computer, and have logged in again, turn the printer On again. See if, after a minute or two, it prints now.

(And, rejoin this conversation here, after doing so, please:

I will have more to suggest, if this does not get the printer working...)

Still don't work

OK, there's more to try.

Is your printer wireless connected? or otherwise?

Thanks for the information.

There's more to try:

1. check the printer's queue, for any jobs stuck in the queue. Select and delete any print jobs stuck in the queue. Print something simple from a simpler app, at this point, as a test print to see whether the print system is functional in basic aspects.

2. reset the printing system (this may involve reinstalling the printer's driver too) if that doesn't get it printing.
