Brother MFC 9330CDW Keeps telling me to clean the drum wires

Customer Question

Brother MFC 9330CDW
Keeps telling me to clean the drum wires on every single drum. Clean them, put them all back in, prints half a page then stops and says the same thing over and over.
Gone in and checked product life says 57% on all drums.
All the printer cartridges have toner.

If you have cleaned the drum wires thoroughly then there may be some debris stuck in the drum.

Watch the following video, especially just before it gets to the 2 minute mark, and it will show you what the problem is and how to fix it:

It may take several attempts to clear all of the debris.
