My printer is plugged in, turned on and the printer is set up in the settings, but it won't print.
JA: What's the make and model of your tv, and has turning it on been a problem in the past?
Customer: It is a new Brother MFC-9340CDW. I have one at my other house, so I am familiar with this printer.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: a mac
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I have not printed I said it is new
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?

Are you getting any type of error code on either the printer or the computer?

Are you using usb or wifi?

I'm not getting an error message and I have wifi

The printer will copy. Just doesn't talk to the computer when I want to print something.
