Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Is the issue with copying from the printer's glass, or printing from the computer)?

Have you tried anything?

It looks like you are having issue with copying from the printer's feeder (ADF), i.e., it copies with 2-sided. Please try the following fix:

Solution #1:

  1. Turn off printer, then disconnect power cord from printer for about a minute, then re-connect, then turn on printer, and wait a bit.
  2. Put the document or photo on the printer's feeder (ADF.)
  3. If needed, select the paper size and type on printer's screen.
  4. Press the Home button on printer.
  5. Press the Up / Down arrow buttons, then select Copy option, then press OK.
  6. Press OK button again in order to see more copy settings.
  7. Then if needed, scroll down, then select the option 2-Sided. Then select the option Off, and OK.
  8. Then press the Back button (the curved arrow button.)
  9. Then press the Start button (the diamond button with a dash in it) to start copying.

Solution #2:

- If that does not work, please try the following:

  1. Press the Home button on the printer.
  2. Press the up or down arrow button, select Setup, and press the OK button.
  3. Press the up or down arrow button, select Restore Default Settings, and press the OK button.
  4. Press the up or down arrow button to select the option Clear All Data and Settings, and press the OK button.
  5. Select Yes / OK to confirm.
  6. Then see if you can copy fine now.

- Note 1: If after doing the Solution #2 above, and if you cannot print from the computer and if your printer is wireless, then on the printer, please go to option Wi-Fi Setup -> Wi-Fi Setup Wizard, then select / connect to your wi-fi / wireless network name.
