Hi there and welcome
Are you on a windows or mac computer? And which version?
First, power off the printer and remove the power to it (unplug the power cable)
Then on the computer, click start, type in
devices and click on devices and printers
Right right click on your printer, and click on See whats printing.
Then click on each item in the list and click on document and cancel.
Once they are all gone, press the windows key + R
Type in services.msc and press enter
Locate Print Spooler
Click it, click stop, then start it again
Once done, wait 5 minutes, power on the printer and it should now have stopped.
Let me know the results please.
you did all the steps and still it prints when you turn on the printer?
ok.. but you do not know if it didn't work then.
You have to change the cartridge please.
Or you do not wish to do this?
I'm going to opt out of working with you further Dave, you do not need to do anything, you will be notified when someone else takes over your case.
