JA: Just to clarify, have you double-checked the code? And what is the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: yes the code is accurate the machine is the WF7610
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: pc and windows 10
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: just tried printing and the error came up

Open the printer cover remove the cartridges

unplug the power cable from the printer and let it sit for 10 mins without power.

It didnt have an error code- just stated your ink may be clogged

insert the cartridges and then close the cover and run a head cleaning from the computer printer driver.
