I'm sorry about the issue. What is the notice about?

To confirm, you have two printers: The HP Officejet J5780 is showing notices, and the HP smart printer is fine.

Is the printer still working fine?

Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10?
Can we do a remote support session, so I can troubleshoot the issue directly on your computer together with you?
