It has an error code 6000 after a paper jam, told me to cancel printing and turn off, but Keep getting the same message
JA: Just to clarify, have you double-checked the code? And what is the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: Mx922 Cannon Pixma
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: windows 10 home
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I had a paper jam, and cleared it then this message came
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I used the printer yesterday. It had been jammed over night, but paper was removed today and them that error code kept popping up

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

It will be the paper sensor being triggered, this will be faulty
