I have lost my internet connection for my HP Office Jet 4630

I have lost my internet connection for my HP Office Jet 4630 and wonder if you can connect me again
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your OfficeJet is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: Its been a few years and the model is EPU B4Lo3-64001(26) Serial No. is CN45N3704
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: I have an Apple Mack
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: I was having a problem, can't remember just what and went into the printer on screen and saw 'Reset' and that is when I lost it. Probably a week or two ago
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not sure, I can still copy but not print from my computer

Solution #1:

  1. On the printer, press the Wireless / signal button .

    ; The Wireless menu displays.

  2. Press the Selection button (which is the - (dash) icon) next to Settings.

  3. Press the Down Arrow to select Restore Defaults, and then press OK.

  4. Press OK again to confirm.

  5. Press the Wireless button again, and then press the Selection button (dash) next to Settings.

  6. Press the Down Arrow to select Wireless Setup Wizard, and then press OK.

    ; wait a bit for the printer to search for available wireless networks.

  7. Press the Down Arrow to select the name of your Wi-Fi / wireless network, and then press OK.

  8. Continue follow the on-screen instructions.

    - Note: Wi-Fi / wireless password/key/passphrase, if any, is case-sensitive.

  9. Once it is successfully connected to your wi-fi / wireless network name, then see if you can print from the computer.

Solution #2:

- If Solution #1 is done successfully, but if you are still not able to print, then please try the following steps:

  1. Make sure printer is powered on.
  2. Click on the Apple logo / menu, then click on System Preferences.
  3. Then open Printers & Scanners (or Print & Fax.)
  4. There, click on the HP printer, then click on the - (minus) button at bottom left, and delete it for now, and confirm. Make sure there is not any HP item showing there for now.
  5. Click on the + (plus) button at bottom left, and it should detect your HP printer, then select it, and add it.
  6. Then see if you can print now.
