ok and is this the firts time you are trying to do duplex printing

or is it the case that it was printing duplex earlier correctly but now has stopped doing it

HI Michelle, yes - our printed did print correctly when we bought it 6 weeks ago - but for the last 3-4 weeks, it has been printing incorrectly. We have not changed any settings etc. My boss and I both access this unit wirelessly.

please follow these steps

on your computer, open control panel..programs and features

select the brother printer software and uninstall

once uninstalled restart computer

please note you can reopen this page from just answer email by clicking on view answer

after reboot download and install the software by clicking here

in the page that opens, select windows 10 and click search

download and install the full driver and software package

once installed try printing and check if the duplex issue is still there or not and let me know

I'm downloading the new installation driver. I have already uninstalled the old one - but I seem to be able to still print - is that weird?

HI Michelle, I am trying to download it, but it says I need Administrator rights to be able to install the driver. I'm going to contact someone at our parent company (in IT) and see if they can assist with this part of the step. I will let you know how I go. I have the Administrator password, but it does not seem to be working. Thanks. It is likely to not be until tomorrow now that I can do this (as office hours are over), but I will write back as soon as I can. Ta.
