JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Epson is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: I needs to change the black ink but can't access the ink because it is under the panel all the way to the right and it doesn't move
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: pc
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?

Follow the steps below:
Press the up or down arrow button on your printer to select Setup and press the OK button. Then select Maintenance > Ink Cartridge Replacement and press one of the Start buttons.
Then lift up the scanner unit.
