I'm trying to print color from my Mac and all printouts show

Customer Question

I'm trying to print color from my Mac and all printouts show black & white. I can't even find the option to switch to color in the print dialogue.
JA: What's the make/model number of your printer? How old is it?
Customer: Brother MFC-J6925DW. About a year old.
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Mac.
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Running El Capitain Not sure...I usually want to print b&w to conserve ink. I don't print a lot. But I'm trying to print something for a client.
JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I know copying works in color. I can copy something and a color copy comes out.
