Is there any power / light on the printer?
Are you currently able to make a copy from the printer's glass (not printing from the computer)?
Do you have windows xp, vista, or 7, or 8, 10, or mac computer?So you re-connect the USB printer cable from printer to computer, then what happens when you print? Is there any error or message?Please reply at the box below. Thank you,

Thank you for replying back. Please let me know the followings, so I can troubleshoot:
1. What is the error or message when printing, if any?
2. Can you please check the label(s) on the printer for the exact model, such as x2500, or x2580, etc.?
3. Can you please put a document or photo faced down on the printer's glass, then press the Copy icon / option on the printer, then see if it can copy fine?
4. Is there a USB printer cable connected from the printer to the computer?
