MY WORKFORCE 610 HAS A MESSAGE THAT SAYS A PRINTING ERROR HAS OCCURRED.TURN POWER OFF AND THEN BACK ON AGAIN. I DID THAT BUT CAN'T SEEM TO FIX THE PROBLEM
