I removed my HP Deskjet 1000 J110 series from my Gateway computer and I can't reinstall it because I don't know the driver
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Deskjet is? And just to clarify, what's the exact model?
Customer: It's really old but was working perfectly until it locked on printing one page from the internet. Where is the model number?
JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running?
Customer: Gateway PC. Windows
JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up?
Customer: Just happened when I tried to print a page off the internet. It showed .....deleting when I tried to cancel the print job
