How is the printer connected to your computer?
wirelessly or via USB cable
Please go to control panel > then Programs and features and select Uninstall a program.
In the program list are you able to find the MP Navigator program.
Did you try reinstalling it from CANON website?
Did you download and install the MP Navigator EX Ver. 3.06 ?

Once the download completes, run the downloaded file to install.
