Alright, one last question for you. What retailer did you buy it from?
Ok. please do me one small favor and return the Printer to any Staples within the USA. the reason is that the Printer is Damaged through no Fault of your own.
Traveling in an RV would not damage the printer. Just return it for an "Even Exchange."
Just to let you know, if we were to try many of the solutions for the current issue. It might void you right to return the printer. That is why I stated to return it Madam.
