Trying to copy something from my computer to my canon PIXMA

Customer Question

trying to copy something from my computer to my canon PIXMA MG5220 printer. It isn't connecting to it.

I have a PIXMA MG5220, and it works like a charm. Did you follow the directions precisely to set up the wireless networking (assuming you're going wireless)?

My most humble recommendation: I have no idea why people find wires so objectionable when they are hidden behind the console and just connect a printer to a CPU four feet away. If you mess around with unnecessarily advanced and complex options, you end up with unnecessarily advanced and complex difficulties. In 25 years' computer usage, I have never had the first problem with something as straightforward as printing a document.
