I have a DiMage Scan Dual IV that I would like to connect to my newer computer that is running Windows 10, can I do it or do I need to get newer drivers, or what.

Hi there Carolyn and welcome

You will need to get the windows 10 drivers for this.

First, uninstall the unit by clicking start, typing in device and printers and clicking on it when it appears.

Then right click the unit and select Remove.

Then go to control panel, uninstall a program and uninstall any programs you installed for the unit.

Once done, restart the computer

Then click on this link and download the driver package

Once done, run it and you should then be able to use the unit again
