I'm sorry about the issue. Is the printer connected to the computer with a USB printer cable? Is it the connection wireless?
- If it's wireless, what's the status of the wi-fi / wireless light / icon on the printer? Are you able to go to the network / WLAN / Wi-Fi / wireless setting / menu on the printer?
