Customer: I have an Epson Stylist Pro 9800 that is about 5 years old. I have run the print head nozzle and ink cleaning software JA: What kind of computer are you printing from (Mac or PC)? What Operating System (OS) are you running? Customer: Windows 10 JA: How long has this been an issue? What happened right before this popped up? Customer: no problems or errors, as it printed, the ink got fainter. And now, the pages are blank without errors, JA: Anything else you want the printer expert to know before I connect you?
