Printer Repair Questions? Ask IT Technicians for Answers ASAP
Hi! My name is ***** ***** I'm happy to help!
What version of Windows is on your computer?
And is the printer connected with a USB cable?
Ok, try this:
Disconnect the USB cable.
Click on start, then Devices and Printers.
Find the icon for your printer. Right click on it and select 'Remove Device'. Once it is gone, plug your USB cable back in. Windows will reinstall it automatically. When it is finished, try printing again.
Phone calls and remote support are premium features. I tried to accept your remote assistance request earlier, but the payment transaction couldn't be made. So until that is updated, I can only chat.
