I am frustrated because no written manual came with the printer! The blue light is on on the front of the printer and all the ink cartridges are red. We replaced all but one black yesterday. Still not printing well. Quite light. So what does the blue light mean and why isn't it printing better? It is a cannon pixma, MX922. Thank you..
JA: Has your Canon done this before? And can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: New last Xmas and no has always printed well until it stopped and I assumed it needed new cartridges
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: None, would have no idea how to do that!
