My HP officejet 6812 will not print. It gives me a message that there is a problem with the printhead. I don't know what nor where the printhead is. What should I do?

2. Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
5. Press the Power button to turn on the printer.
