Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Please try the following fix:

Solution #1:

  1. Open the printer's front cover.
    - The screen show display "Cover is Open. Close the Front".
  2. Press and hold OK button for two (2) seconds.
    - The screen should display "Replace Drum 1. Yes 2. No?".
; (Note: If the "Replace Drum" screen does not display, then press and hold the OK button for about five (5) seconds.)
  3. Press key 1.
    - It should display "Accepted". Then ""Cover is Open. Close the Front".
    - Then it should display "Please wait.".
  4. Wait a bit. Once it is at the main screen (it usually should say display the date / time and/or "Fax only", go to the next step below.
  5. Press Menu button.
  6. Press Down button until it shows option "6. Machine Info", then press OK button.
  7. Press Down button until it shows option "Parts Life", then press OK button.
  8. Press Down button until it shows option "2. Drum", then press OK button.
    - Then it should show "Drum Reaming: 100%".
  9. Check printing.
