I have a hl-l2360 printer and I replaced the toner and it it still saying replace toner. IT IS A BROTHERS BRAND NEW TONER!!!! This happened the last time to and they had me push a bunch of buttons to reset.
JA: What's the exact make and model of your printer, and can you guesstimate how old it is?
Customer: 3months HL-L2360DW
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: reboot, toner out toner in push start. still says I need a new toner
