the display is showing in a different language and I can not seem to figure out how to get it back to english
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: a few weeks
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: guessing at the options on the screen, unplugging it

I have no idea the language I can be on the home screen and can figure out the menu button but that is it
